These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between BD333 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the services provided through the BD333 website located at bd333.casa and any associated mobile platforms or applications (collectively, "the Platform").

BD333 operates as an online entertainment platform offering casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and related gaming services. By creating an account or using any part of the BD333 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in full, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BD333 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements of any kind relating to the subject matter herein.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account on the BD333 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. BD333 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are a natural person acting in your own capacity and not on behalf of a legal entity or third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order from BD333 or any other gambling operator.
• You do not hold, and have never held, an Account on BD333 that was suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of BD333 or any affiliated entity.
• You are registering voluntarily and for lawful entertainment purposes only.

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the BD333 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. BD333 employs automated and manual detection mechanisms to identify duplicate accounts. Any duplicate Accounts identified will be suspended, and associated balances may be forfeited.

4.2 Accuracy of Information. You are required to provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration and to keep such information updated at all times. BD333 shall not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Player.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. BD333 shall not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

4.4 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, BD333 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") identity verification process. This may include submission of:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad or passport);
• Proof of address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your e-wallet or bank account).

4.5 BD333 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, not only at withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. BD333 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX online banking, bank transfers to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Bitcoin (BTC). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Own-Name Payments Only. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the same name as your BD333 Account. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be returned where possible, or held pending investigation.

5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is MYR 20 for e-wallet methods and MYR 50 for bank transfer methods, unless a specific promotion specifies otherwise.

5.4 Deposit Processing Times. E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are typically credited instantly. FPX bank transfers may take 5–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain confirmations, typically within 15–30 minutes.

5.5 No Deposits as Investment. Funds deposited into your BD333 Account are held for the purpose of gameplay only. They do not earn interest and are not considered an investment or a savings deposit of any kind.

5.6 Currency. All account balances and transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless expressly stated otherwise. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be requested by Players who have completed KYC verification and whose Account is in good standing. Any active bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 unless otherwise stated. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply and are communicated within the account dashboard.

6.3 Processing Timelines. BD333 aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes, subject to successful verification:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): typically 5–15 minutes;
• Bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank): typically 30 minutes to 2 hours;
• Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20, BTC): typically 15–30 minutes after blockchain confirmation.

6.4 Same-Method Policy. Where operationally feasible, withdrawals will be returned via the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. BD333 may request additional documentation to confirm payment method ownership.

6.5 Right to Withhold. BD333 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline a withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or if additional verification is required.

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by BD333 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the promotion. In all cases, the following general provisions apply.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times stated in the promotion before any winnings derived from those funds become eligible for withdrawal. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 20x the bonus amount.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. BD333 operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or using bonuses in a manner contrary to their intended purpose. BD333 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings and to close accounts where abuse is identified.

7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.

7.5 One Bonus at a Time. Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time. Depositing while a bonus is active may affect the status of that bonus.

8.1 BD333 is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and transparent gaming environment. All Players are expected to engage with the Platform in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, misrepresenting your age or jurisdiction, or otherwise deceiving BD333 in any material respect.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, live dealer tables, and sports betting syndicate operations.
• Use of Automated Tools: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated software to play games or exploit the Platform in a manner not intended by BD333.
• Chargeback Abuse: Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals with your financial institution for deposits that have been used for gameplay.
• Exploitation of System Errors: Taking advantage of technical errors, software bugs, or miscalculated odds to generate winnings beyond what a reasonable player would expect in normal operation.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are, or are suspected to be, proceeds of criminal activity. BD333 maintains full AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance procedures and will report suspicious activity to appropriate authorities.

8.2 BD333 employs third-party risk and fraud management systems that operate in real time. Unusual betting patterns, rapid balance cycling, or other anomalous account behaviour will trigger review and may result in temporary account restriction pending investigation.

9.1 All content on the BD333 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of BD333 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, or exploit any portion of the Platform's content in any manner without prior written authorisation from BD333.

9.3 Any unauthorised use of BD333's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal proceedings.

10.1 BD333 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain continuous service availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times.

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BD333 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events;
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes, odds displays, or account balance calculations that are promptly corrected;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or to maintain the security of your account credentials.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit BD333's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11.1 BD333 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that for some players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

11.2 Age Restriction. The BD333 Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Any attempt by a person under the age of 21 to register or use the Platform is a violation of these Terms and applicable law.

11.3 Player Tools. BD333 provides the following responsible gambling tools to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps. Limits can be decreased at any time with immediate effect; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you of how long you have been playing in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

12.1 By BD333. BD333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:

• A Player has breached these Terms in any material respect;
• BD333 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, collusion, or prohibited conduct;
• A Player has failed to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe;
• Regulatory or legal obligations require BD333 to restrict access to certain players or jurisdictions.

12.2 By the Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected] (plain text only — not a clickable link). Prior to account closure, any pending wagering requirements on active bonus funds must be addressed.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination, any verified real-money balance (net of applicable bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus funds and associated winnings subject to unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited.

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the BD333 Platform shall first be referred to our customer support team for informal resolution.

13.3 BD333 does not guarantee any particular outcome in any dispute and reserves the right to make final determinations in accordance with these Terms and applicable regulations.

14.1 BD333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. All changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

14.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the BD333 Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any changes, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

14.3 For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, BD333 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account.
